The TA consisted to:
1. Review the governance structure (support in the recruitment of a new Chair of the Board of Directors, Elaboration of policies and procedures to clarify the role and responsibilities of the Board of Directors and its relationship with Management);
2. Review the organization and appoint a new CEO, Restructure HR, Optimize the cost structure and set priorities for the senior management to address;
3. Review the credit and savings product offer (Yield analysis per product).
