Restructuration of Duterimbere IMF Ltd.

The team conducted a due diligence and subsequently designed a tailored TA plan to address identified gaps. It consisted of the following:

  • Establish a clear governance structure by defining the roles, responsibilities and designing performance monitoring tools at all levels;
  • Train the Board of Directors and the Senior Management Team on effective governance
  • Establish a clear organizational structure (review the job descriptions and suggest performance measurement indicators and tools for all the roles);
  • Coach the Senior Management Team;
  • Draft the Operations' policies & procedures (loans and savings);
  • Implement a performance monitoring tool;
  • Review and improve the existing group loan product;
  • Train and coach staff on new policies, procedures, products and change management.
