Azimut Inclusive Finance is an international consulting firm specialized in the fields of inclusive finance and entrepreneurship.

Since 2010, our team supports, advises, and works with inclusive finance stakeholders – investors, donors, regulators, and service providers – and entrepreneurship promoters and entrepreneurs.

Our mission: to contribute to greater financial inclusion of African entrepreneurs.

Drawing on the experience gained in the field since 2002, we constantly strive to improve our knowledge of financial systems, FSPs and financing mechanisms.

Our approach is based on the following principles and values:

  • We aspire to establish solid relationships with our clients, offering customer centric and pragmatic solutions and tailored services with high added value
  • We develop innovative approaches relying on the creativity, expertise, and field knowledge of our teams of experts
  • Our permanent team of senior consultants guarantees the quality of our services.

EXPERTISE

Our core business consists of supporting Financial Service Providers (FSP) to professionalize operations, improve performance and financial and non-financial service offerings to better meet the specific needs and demands of African entrepreneurs.

Convinced that better access to financial services is just a part of the solution, Azimut offers Business Development Services (BDS) to entrepreneurs and to Entrepreneurship Support Organizations (ESO) since 2019.

At Azimut, we consider better access to professional BDS and to appropriate financial services as the most effective levers for unlocking the full potential of African entrepreneurs, creating jobs, and promoting inclusive and sustainable economic growth.

INCLUSIVE FINANCE

We support FSPs and other inclusive finance stakeholders in defining their strategic orientations, adapting their financial products, or more generally: understanding their technical assistance needs and supporting them to better meet the needs of entrepreneurs.

We work with investors, DFIs, donors and regulators, and support the development of alternative or complementary solutions to facilitate access to financial services through capacity building, sector studies, formulating or implementing specific projects or to establishing national investment and / or guarantee funds.

Our work helps provide entrepreneurs with access to a full range of affordable and responsible financial services.
